DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The rates will vary depending on the manufacturer/supplier.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders typically within 2 – 3 days.
  2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. Domestic orders within the USA are shipped per the manufacturer’s/supplier’s selection and can include UPS, US Postal Service, FedEx or another of their choosing. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination.

 

Emkasa ships to addresses located within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Emkasa.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Emkasa.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
